End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: December 20, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and EVYR ("Licensor") governing your use of the EVYR mobile application ("App").

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

EVYR grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without obtaining a license.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.

3. Third-Party Services and Content

The App may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Amazon, repair shops, Google Maps).

You acknowledge and agree that EVYR shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. EVYR does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services.

Third-Party Services and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you, and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and conditions.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS". EVYR makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of vehicle data, maintenance schedules, part fitment data, repair shop information (including location, hours, and services), or diagnostic interpretations provided by the App.

The App is a companion tool and does not replace professional mechanical advice or official manufacturer service manuals.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVYR shall not be liable for any damages (including damage to your vehicle, voiding of warranties, or personal injury) arising out of your use or inability to use the App, or for any transaction or relationship between you and any third-party provider (such as a repair shop, mechanic, or e-commerce retailer) found through the App.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or EVYR. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

7. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded this App from the Apple App Store:

• Acknowledgement: This Agreement is between you and EVYR only, not Apple.
• Maintenance: Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
• Warranty: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any).
• Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo.
